OVERVIEW

The large team-building event at Birmingham’s Hilton Metropole Hotel proved to be a resounding success, with 400 employees coming together to participate in a memorable and engaging Thriller Team Building activity.
Through teamwork, creativity, and enthusiasm, colleagues bonded over the shared experience of re-creating Michael Jackson’s iconic music video, forming connections that will endure long after the event concludes. As the final edit of the Thriller video is unveiled, employees took pride in their collaborative efforts and celebrated the bonds they’ve formed, solidifying their commitment to teamwork and excellence within the company.

Objective:
To organize a large-scale team-building event for 400 employees at the Hilton Metropole Hotel in Birmingham, featuring a business session in the morning and an interactive Thriller Team Building activity in the afternoon. The goal was to enhance teamwork, creativity, and camaraderie among colleagues while

Venue Selection:
The Hilton Metropole Hotel in Birmingham was chosen as the venue for its spacious facilities, convenient location, and professional services, capable of accommodating a large group of 400 employees.

Business Session:
The event kicked off with a business session in the morning, providing employees with updates on company initiatives, goals, and strategies, followed by the team-building exercise and interactive activity to encourage collaboration and communication among participants.

Thriller Team Building Activity:
In the afternoon, employees were split into teams to participate in an exciting Thriller themed Team Building activity inspired by Michael Jackson’s iconic music video. Teams of colleagues worked together to re-create the scenes from the Thriller video, including choreographed dance routines and synchronized movements.

The Managing Director, taking on the role of Michael Jackson, led the teams with enthusiasm and energy, inspiring creativity and teamwork among participants. All employees were provided with costumes, make-up, and props to enhance the authenticity of their performances and fully immerse themselves in the Thriller experience.
