Thanks to 35 years in the industry, John is thrilled to be gradually ticking off his “visit list”. If he’s not overseeing Incentivise’s main events, you’ll probably find him nurturing his competitive streak on the golf course.
An advocate for a clean desk (less than 100 emails in her inbox) and a clean mind (yoga), ever-professional and committed Jane is Incentivise’s go-to person for finance and all things operational.
Business-minded, dedicated and a great motivator, Phil loves seeing Incentivise’s customers enjoy once in a lifetime experiences. Having lived and studied in France, his bi-lingual skills come in handy too!
Always on call to ensure things run smoothly, Andrea is a natural when it comes to event management. Although 9 til 5 doesn’t exist in her schedule, she’s still a lover of Dolly Parton (and Country and Motown music in general).
Andy has over a decade of experience in managing budgets and financial strategies, renowned for his precision and integrity in the corporate world. Outside the office, he channels his energy into being a loving father to two young children and passionately coaches their local youth football team, blending his leadership skills with his love for the sport.
Conscientious, loyal and a ballroom dancer when she was younger, Liz knows all the right steps to take to ensure Incentivise’s corporate travel customers are happy. Her hard-working nature is put to good practice with her new Cockapoo puppy too!
The go-to man for organising inspirational trips on the world’s best golf courses, Gareth has previously lived and worked at China’s Mission Hills resort. It’s perhaps no surprise that his role in the events team suits him (and our clients) down to a tee.
Organised, fun and approachable Ella thrives in her role as Events Manager. As well as loving amazing places and hotels she gets to visit, Ella is a family-loving gal who can also carry a tune – and not just karaoke! Too many highlights to list during her time at Incentivise – Ella just loves the variety that her role brings to her life!
Having previously worked on cruise ships, professional, personable and super-organised Katie helps to keep the corporate travel team afloat – thanks to her working hard to meet client’s travel and meeting requirements.
When she’s not looking after the office or her daughter, multi-tasking expert Laura will either be socialising with friends and family or training for her next charity run. Incentivise highlight so far: moving to The Barns!
Pleased that her geography has improved since working with Incentivise, Susan is fun, organised and glad that no day is the same in the office. A lover of walking, she’s currently training for the 34-mile Sandstone Trail.
With a degree in business management, quick-learner Katie is always determined to learn new skills and keep on top of her workload. Travelling to new countries or relaxing on long walks with her family are her perfect antidotes to office life.
Creative, organised and motivated Poppy gets involved in all our events! From the larger trips to the smaller UK ones, her expertise and design skills have been involved. You won’t find Poppy sitting still – partying with Brian May, and even being an extra on several movies including Fantastic Beast and Star Wars!
Travel enthusiast Sapphire loves nothing more than creating once-in-a-lifetime experiences for our customers. Meeting new people, socialising with friends, and visiting incredible places are her favourite things to do. A personal highlight was visiting the Glacier 3000 in Switzerland and she has danced at the Blackpool Tower Ballroom!
Natalie excels in arranging diverse travel experiences, from conferences to theatre trips, ensuring every day is unique. She’s a fun, loyal, and outgoing presence in the office, always prioritizing customer needs. Outside work, Natalie enjoys walks with her dog Hattie, pub visits, film watching, and fondly recalls her participation in a documentary at 16.
Friendly and supportive Gemma makes sure everything gets paid on time so our wonderful events can happen! Gemma’s purpose in both work and her personal life is to radiate positivity, spread smiles and laughter, and value the people around her, cherishing every minute with her 5-year-old son. Despite her fear of heights Gemma has sky-dived over the Barrier Reef!

Sustainability refers to the ability to maintain or uphold something at a certain level or rate without depleting or damaging it for future generations.
At Incentivise this is at our heart, we propose and delivery tailor-made, once in a lifetime experience for our customers in some of the most unique, incredible, beautiful, and important places in the world. Sustainability comes naturally to us; we want these places to carry on being there for generations to come.
Sustainability is not just a buzzword; it is a core value that guides our decisions and actions. We believe that responsible travel is not only about minimising our ecological footprint but also about creating positive social and economic impacts on the communities we touch.
We work together to endeavour to balance the economic, social and environmental aspects of everything we do, we strive to redefine travel, making it a force for good – whilst enhancing the experience by the traveller!
We at Incentivise are always looking to improve and build upon solid foundations. Join us on our journey and delve into our initiatives aimed at preserving the natural wonders, respecting local cultures, and contributing to the well-being of the destinations we visit.
We are very proud of our home, based in rural Cheshire we create our events in a converted barn looking out over the surrounding fields, farm and horse livery! At lunchtimes most days you will find members of the team wandering the area, in all weathers, getting that fresh air, recharging those batteries, and setting themselves up for an afternoon of creativity, collaboration and customer service!
Introducing Myles our very own Mascot! We adopted Myles as part of the adoption programme at Chester Zoo at the start of 2024. We travel to Asia and Africa often and these animals wow us every time. We see the work that local conservation organisations do and we want to get involved even further. Myles will be travelling along with the team, experiencing what our customers experience while being the role model for sustainability.
Look out for Myles on his travels!
We work with our customers to help achieve their sustainability goals too. Our team of experts know the destinations and culture of proposed event destinations inside and out. These are just a few things we have already done with our clients to make a positive impact on a location:
Ensuring our events are sustainable is important to us and our clients. We consider all aspects of the event process and look at everything from the location, venue and production, to transport, materials and food and drinks. We are committed to working with our clients to produce an unforgettable and sustainable experience.
We also create extraordinary conferences and tradeshows, constantly learning of new technologies and new ways to make them more sustainable. We can’t wait to implement our new ideas this year!
Within our home we have strived to embrace sustainability – reducing energy consumption, engaging with technology, improving our processes to be paperless, and ensuring cleaning and facility products are sustainable.
We work with our suppliers to ensure sustainability is considered, all our current office suppliers are sustainable, and our waste is currently 100% landfill averse. We are actively working within our processes and supply chain to improve our use of sustainable products and services.
Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy is a dynamic and evolving commitment, actively engaging with local communities through meaningful contributions. We take pride in supporting local food banks not only with regular donations but also by dedicating our time as volunteers. Additionally, we organise a variety of in-house events aimed at fundraising and elevating awareness for causes that resonate deeply with our team members, blending professionalism with a touch of fun.
2024 is about communication, collaboration, and participation! Now well into our updated sustainability policies the whole team are learning together and nominating Ambassadors to action the strategy!

We place the utmost important on the wellbeing of our team. We are committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace where every team member feels valued, respected, and empowered. Our comprehensive wellbeing program is designed to support the physical, mental, and emotional health of our employees through initiatives such as wellness workshops and access to mental health resources.
Everyone is involved with our wellbeing programme and already in 2024, we have had a Juicing demonstration, or should we say revolution! Everyone loved it, appreciated the benefits of the knowledge of juicing and most have embraced it! You cannot walk into the kitchen without smelling the lovely recipes they are creating!
Time after time, our clients have been thrilled with the events we’ve expertly executed and the dedication that has gone into planning them. Not only are we proud of the amazing experiences that we make possible for various businesses, but we’re also thrilled to be such a knowledgeable, creative and genuine bunch of travel, event and golf fanatics.
The experience was so breath-taking; from the safaris and accommodation to the company of the group that we enjoyed so much, we appreciate all the hard work you personally put in to make it such a success.
