Thrilled that guests were able to experience something they never had before, the host client was keen for our team to plan their next annual incentive trip too (as well as numerous events since) – it’s fair to say that Incentivise’s impeccable planning and delivery made an amazing impression.

Accommodation at three impressive 5* hotels: The Imperial Hotel in Delhi, The Oberoi Amarvilas in Agra and The Oberoi Rajvilas in Jaipur.
Day 1: An overnight flight from London Heathrow to Delhi. Day 2: Arrival into Delhi in the morning, with breakfast on the hotel terrace after checking in. Guests then choose between a city tour or free time, before dinner at Spice Route (at the Imperial hotel). Day 3 and a transfer to Agra by coach (complete with a general knowledge quiz on board). During the afternoon, guests enjoyed a tour of The Taj Mahal before a poolside drinks reception and dinner overlooking the impressive mausoleum. The following day guests took a private charter flight to Jaipur, where guests experienced a traditional Indian dress fitting (for their gala dinner attire) and had a free afternoon for some well-earned rest and recuperation. A buffet-style dinner was held at the hotel. Day 5, and a morning tour of the Amber Fort, followed by lunch with local school children; they painted “what they envisioned when they thought of the UK” (pictures that were auctioned off at the gala dinner the following evening, with the proceeds going to the school). A free afternoon preceded a conference for principle delegates and then a unique dinner – where guests was able to play a game of polo whilst riding on elephants! The final day in Jaipur and guests got to choose from optional activities before the evening’s gala dinner, held at the Royal Maharaja Palace (an exclusive venue, which is very hard to get access to for an event). Guests arrived wearing their traditional Indian outfits and were treated to a procession by the Royal Family of Jaipur. A great way to end the trip before heading back to the UK.
