The feedback forms that guests completed had high ratings of 9s and 10s (out of 10) – suggesting the customers had a great time.
Our client was thrilled that the trip gave them the opportunity to speak to their customers and thank them for their continued custom (as well as being pleased that the promotion in general helped to increase customer spend and loyalty). In other words, it was a win-win for all parties involved!

Accommodation at the luxury Intercontinental Hotel. Upon arrival at the airport guests were greeted and transferred to the hotel for check in, and were then free to spend the day at leisure. Day 2: Breakfast in the hotel followed by another day at leisure. Meeting up in the evening, guests were taken to the Pilsner Restaurant via vintage trams (with live accordion music on each carriage). A drinks reception and 3-course meal were followed by entertainment from dancers and a live band. The final day featured breakfast in the hotel, followed by more time for the guests to explore Prague at their leisure.
