With accommodation at The Ice Hotel in Kiruna and The Grand Hotel in Stockholm. Day 1, and guests enjoy lunch on arrival followed by a tour of the Ice Hotel, complete with drinks in ice glasses. In the evening, guests were picked up with husky-pulled sleds and taken to a Sami-style village for dinner. Day 2: Following a morning conference, guests took part in an ice-sculpting competition and ‘Olympic’ snow games beside the Torne river. They also enjoyed a snow mobile tour over the lake, all before entertainment and dinner back at the hotel (with food served on plates made of ice). Day 3 and it’s Snowmobiling with a qualified guide before the flight to Stockholm. Following this, guests were taken by private boat to Winterviken (home of The Nobel Peace Prize and Alfred Nobel’s first factory). As an ABBA-themed night, guests were entertained by Sweden’s best tribute act, all whilst adorning their very own ABBA fancy dress (cue the lyrics “they couldn’t escape if they wanted to”). Day 4: A free morning and optional tour of Stockholm before travelling home.
The client and guests were thrilled that the Incentivise team helped them to discover something different, through taking them somewhere they had never been before. As well as complimenting the high-standard of hotels, guests particularly liked the mix of activities – whether it was snowmobiling, carving ice or simply relaxing in the amazing scenery, there was something for everyone.
